    Farmer culture education, transmitted by our grandparents, taught us that nature and environment’s respect is viable. In fact creation has a perfect and essential balance that define the beauty.


    Growing and “breath” this philosophy of life, born spontaneously the desire to demonstrate that we can and above all we must to do all it’s possible to improve quality of life on the earth, with the auspice to transmit to our sons a better world. Quality of life involves eco-system quality, pursuable with our wisdom, ethic, morality, passion, cleverness, respect, experience, sacrifice, work and love


    Fruits and plants cultivated in healthy way have a superior nutritional value, for example citruses contain a high concentration of natural anti-oxidant flavonoid like resveratrol. Spontaneous grasses are adapt for dry use or herbal tea. They can prevent and take care vascular, intestinal, arthritis, diabetes, arterioscleroses and more other pathologies.

    Field work and plants cultivation are developed all year long using simple and natural techniques, purposed to product high quality products, taking strongly care to eco-system that could be not contaminated by disturb agent, safe, live, active, balance, rich of botany and wildlife.

    Since 1993 we experiment a good criterion of natural fertilization, encouraging a spontaneous humus creation between re-use of wild herbs, leaves, minced branches, vinification residues, grape-stalks, hulls, grape-stones, that are buried and putrefied by micro-organism action that transform them in humus and organic material. Highly nutritive for plants and very good soil improver, makes the soil soft, drained, more oxygenated allowing roots expanding , safe growing of plants that become strong and resistant.


    Between necessaries cautions you have to preserve uncultivated and woodsy areas, with natural shelters and water springs that guarantee wild animals proliferation, bugs, earthworms, spontaneous herbs and mushrooms that in the natural competition create a perfect balance. Between more animals presents we mention bees, butterflies, barn owl, hedgehog, turtle, buzzard, quail, kestrel, hare, fox, choke, finch, sparrow, madge, owl, beech-marten, snipe, weasel, culver, dove, civet, blackbird, robin, blackcap, lark, swallow, bat, pipit, slug, ants, lizards, gecko, aphid, bookworm, paddock , little rodents, bumblebees, etc.


    We use biodegradable materials with low environmental impact, missing external pollution sources. We reduce mechanization and use of mechanical equipments doing the main part of operations by hands using only the arms force. This reduce pollution and not less important, guarantee more employment giving economical support to entire families.

Between our firm intentness we remember:

    • Use of a low environmental impact and recyclable glass, studied for a correct relation quantity/quality with the minimum affection on eco system.
