Preparation: Select only fresh and whole fruit, peel and cut in big slice.
Cook over low heat in a copper pot for few hours, until the desired consistency is reached,
Blending slowly clockwise and anticlockwise with an orange wooden spoon never interrupting the cooking.
Pour in glass jar and leave stand for 48 hours minimum near the lighted fireplace.
Color: intense orange with amber and golden reflex
Bouquet: intense fresh fruited, vanilla and royal jelly
Palate: elegant, delicate, smooth, intense, pleasant citrus and flowers taste
